Después de casi siete meses aun no entiendo como no habíamos dedicado una entrada a Gentleman, no el asiático del baile hortera no, menos mal, sino el cantante de Reggae natural de Alemania.

Aunque reside en Colonia podemos decir que Jamaica es su segundo hogar, acudió por primera vez a los 17 años y sin lugar a dudas marcó su vida. No ha parado de actuar en directo desde sus inicios en 1999 y su música no deja de avanzar hasta llegar al dancehall tras ocho álbumes y vario directos.

La canción que hemos elegido es To The Top, y el vídeo es un directo junto a Cristopher Martin, que acompañó a Gentleman durante la gira del disco Diversity, yo tuve la oportunidad de verlos en directo y sin lugar a dudas el cambio en el estilo de Gentleman y la puesta en directo, personalmente, no pudo ser mejor. Es un artista que siempre consigue ponerme los pelos de punta. En sus comienzos recuerdo tardes y tardes con su calma y su profundidad. Con el paso de los años ha conseguido también hacernos bailar y saltar como pocos.
